La Paeria renews ISO 9000 quality certification for Accés services

Lleida City Council is the only statewide consistory holding the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 for process equipment maintenance and user services developed by the Municipal Institute of Information

Accés - Municipal Computer Institute has renewed the ISO 9001:2000 quality certification granted by Applus.
The certification of quality Applus has certified for quality by the second year running processes and equipment maintenance service for users of the City Council and its autonomous bodies, tasks that are under the responsibility of access - Municipal Institute Computers.
The improvement actions proposed for 2008, according to the rules for renewing the certificate, including training plans for service users, improved management system and development of documentation to explain and spread the service. La Paeria of Lleida is the only municipality of the State which, at present, has the quality certification UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 for these activities.
The renewal of this certificate guarantees that the processes developed to manage this service in line with the relevant legislation and allow proper monitoring and control to optimize the quality of care and efficiency that users can obtain their use.
With this certification, the Palio Lleida City will maintain the level of quality and improve internal efficiencies and the service and care to all citizens.
