European award for good practice in the Pista Local project

The Pista Local project promotes the implantation of portals and web services in small municipalities; Sucs and Raimat are pilot entities. Pista Local is financed by the Ministry of industry, commerce and tourism and is developed in collaboration with the commission for New Technologies FEMP, that has the Mayor of Lleida, Àngel Ros, as its president.
The European prize for electronic administration E-Europe Awards gives recognition to the best projects and good practices in electronic administration. The prize coincides with the seal of quality certifying good practices in the electronic government.

The council's website has achieved other distinctions of quality like the IQUA first prize for quality and has been recognised as the 2 nd best municipal website, according the classification made by the newspaper El País.
